Harrow Recreation Ground was given the prestigious Green Flag award at the National Awards ceremony
in Bournemouth on 23 July. We are one of 1000 green spaces in England and Wales, (just three of which are in Harrow) which are of sufficiently high recreational and environmental quality to meet the exacting standards demanded by the judges.
The continuing improvement of the park is an important aspect of the Green Flag scheme, and we have the opportunity to represent the views of park users as future projects are developed. We aim to help Harrow Recreation Ground keep its place as one of the best parks in the country.
